PERSONAL BELONGINGS
JEwelry should not be worn during the treatment. Jewelry & valuables must be kept in your hotel room. The spa is not responsible for the loss and damage of personal items.
SERENITY
To ensure a calm and soothing environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to keep your mobile phones and all electronic devices on mute and speak in your soft voice inside the spa.
NO SMOKING
Smoking or vaping within the spa premises are strictly prohibited.
SAFETY
Sunbathing for a minimum of two hours after treatment is not recommended.
RETURN POLICY
Any spa products in the purchased condition can only be exchanged for another product within 24 hours of purchase with the purchase receipt. No refunds.
TREATMENT POLICY
We advise all customers to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the their treatment. Arriving late can be subject to a reduction in your treatment time depending on other bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
